What you get

Terms
- Fixed fee, agreed before we start.
- If the report doesn't find at least three fixes with hours and dirhams attached, you don't pay.
- The full fee is credited against the build if you go ahead within 60 days.

We don't give legal advice, handle trade licences or certify anything.
When the audit turns up work like that, we point you to a specialist firm and take no referral fee.
What we build after the audit
The audit decides which three get built. These are the systems it recommends most often, and each one ships inside six weeks.

The work is done, but the application waits on a sign-off, a missing photo or an unpriced variation.
Assembled from the measurement log, variation register and site photos, with a checklist that holds the application until every item is in.

Getting paid
Once an application is certified, nobody tracks it against the payment term. The first real chase starts when cash gets tight.
Keyed to the certification date and your contract's own payment term, with the clause quoted in every reminder.

Getting paid
An instruction is given on site and nobody records it that day. Without evidence, it gets absorbed or discounted.
A voice note or photo from the phone, timestamped and filed against the variation register the same day.

RFQs land in one inbox and nothing is tracked: what was quoted, which version went out, what was won or lost and why.

The audit grades every process in the department, including procurement, subcontractor compliance, daily reporting and QS measurement. If the best fix for one of them can't ship inside six weeks, it still goes in the report, with a named firm we'd refer you to.
Where AI fits
Only where it moves a number: reading documents, turning site voice notes into records, drafting the chase. The audit decides where that is. If a plain register does the job, you get a plain register.
We work inside your business
The engineer who builds your system spends the audit in your office, watching your QS, project and accounts teams work. The build happens next to the people who will use it, and we stay until they run it without us.
On site, on live work
We audit in person, inside the department, on work that is happening that week. We need a desk, access to the trackers and the inbox, and time with the people doing the work.
Your data stays yours
Drawings, contracts and payment records stay on systems you control, and none of it is ever used to train AI models. Where documents can't leave your network, we deploy on your own servers.

Every system ships with written documentation covering what it does, where the data lives and what to do when something looks wrong.

We maintain each system on a retainer, adjust it as your projects change, and re-grade the department at 90 days against the audit.
